Branding Luxury for a Concierge Vet

Dr. Victoria Tomasino spent more than a decade inside South Florida's most respected veterinary practices before deciding the model didn’t match the way she wanted to practice. Palm Beach Concierge Vet is her answer: a private, membership-based practice that brings the veterinarian to the client's door instead of the other way around.

The clients who choose this kind of care are not shopping for the cheapest or closest option. They want a relationship with a veterinarian who knows their animal, who answers the phone herself, and who treats the family pet the way the family does. Selling that kind of practice online is harder than it looks. Concierge veterinary medicine is still unfamiliar to most pet owners, so the site has to explain a new standard of care.

Visuals

The project started with the logo, a mark that captured the tone Dr. Tomasino wanted — refined enough to signal real medicine, retro and playful enough to feel like Palm Beach. That logo set the direction for everything that followed.

The type is retro chic. Headlines carry a vintage, resort-town elegance — the kind of lettering that suits old-Florida glamour — while the supporting text stays clean and readable.

The palette is warm and soft — taupe, a pale pink, and a light brown-gray — a deliberate move away from the sterile blues and greens most veterinary sites default to. Nothing on the page reads as a clinic. It reads as a boutique service.

The imagery is where the personality lives. A custom set of AI-created images anchors the site: charming dog-and-cat pairings, all wearing sunglasses, lounging in unmistakably Palm Beach settings — poolside, on a yacht, on a sunny terrace. Those custom images sit alongside warm, high-quality stock of real cats and dogs, so the site balances the whimsy with genuine warmth.

Photography of Dr. Tomasino herself grounds the whole thing. Seeing her with animals, relaxed and smiling, reassures a prospective member that the person behind the 24/7 phone number is exactly who the testimonials describe.

Structure

The strategic challenge here was education. Most people have never had a concierge veterinarian and don't know what a membership includes. The site had to teach without overwhelming a first-time visitor so a prospective member could see the full range of services before ever picking up the phone.

Function is woven throughout. A patient portal and a direct link to the online pharmacy give existing members the tools they use most, while "Request Membership" and "Become a Client" guide newcomers toward the one step that matters, and the membership-plans page holds the details for anyone ready to compare.

“Sara didn’t just create the website I imagined—she made it even more beautiful than I could have envisioned.

Throughout the entire process, she provided thoughtful guidance and valuable insight whenever I was unsure about a design or functionality decision. She has an incredible eye for detail and always had my business’s best interests in mind.

What truly sets her apart is that she doesn’t just hand you a finished website and disappear. She takes the time to teach you how to manage your website, explains everything clearly, and even helps you understand ways to improve your SEO so your site performs better over time.”
