Baked by Me for You is a small, made-to-order baking business rooted in personal connection. The website needed to feel welcoming and feel like an extension of Lucy herself.

Branding

The design was led by the brand’s line-drawn logo, which already carried a sense of charm. That logo set the tone for the entire visual system.

A palette of warm pinks, plums, and browns creates a feeling of comfort. These colors echo the emotional tone of home baking without feeling childish or overly sweet.

A modern serif font brings structure and polish, while italic accents introduce a personalized softness.

Function

The site is intentionally simple, with just a handful of pages.

Products are clearly separated by delivery method, helping customers immediately understand what can be posted within the UK and what is available for local collection in Horsforth. This practical clarity reduces friction and sets expectations early.

Alongside the shop, Lucy’s personal story is foundational and frames the entire experience — someone who genuinely enjoys the process.
