The Wunderlich Farmhouse is a restored century-old home now rented to guests through Airbnb and Vrbo. It sits on 63 acres of open pasture with mature live oaks and two stocked freshwater ponds, nine miles from Round Top, TX, and its legendary antique show. The property already has a following on the rental platforms, but the owner wanted a home for it that she controls.

The owner had a full professional shoot of the house and land, covering the restored interiors, the wraparound porch, the antiques and furnishings, the pastures, the ponds, and the property at different times of day.

White space was used generously throughout. Wide margins and open space around each image and paragraph direct the focus. The spacing also echoes the property itself. A guest considering 63 acres of open pasture and wide Texas sky should feel some of that openness in the way the site is laid out.

Headings are set in a refined, modern serif to express both history and craft. Body copy is set in a modern typewriter-style font that imbues a bit of a personal, handwritten quality and still a bit of historical reference.

The home page works as a short introduction to all of it. It opens with the name and a full-width photograph, follows with a brief welcome that establishes the home's age, its restoration, and its distance from Round Top and Fayetteville, and then moves through a handful of photographs that preview the house, the furnishings, and the area.
