What was once a prominent school in the Tower Grove East neighborhood is now a newly-renovated, modern and inviting living space in the heart of St. Louis. The school had been operating for almost 100 years when decreased enrollment shuttered the school’s doors in 2003.

Historical elements of the building such as pine floors and large windows are paired with modern stylings such as open floor plans, stainless appliances and quartz countertops for a distinctive residential experience. The website, following the architecture, elegantly blends both with traditional and modern fonts, colors and layout.
