From Logo to Launch: Making Wellness Feel Personal and Doable
When someone decides to work with a dietitian, they’re opening the door to vulnerable conversations about their health, habits, and goals.
For Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Morgan Roberts, the balance between expertise and approachability is critical to her business philosophy. My job was to translate that into a cohesive visual identity and website that would feel inviting, trustworthy, and infused with her personality.
a Logo That Sets the Tone
We began with a new logo, which needed to convey a confident modernity with a softness that reflected Morgan’s warmth and individualized approach. The defining feature of the workmark is a bold, curvy font that establishes a design-forward, professional look while keeping the mood light and approachable. This balance is ideal for a health-based brand, where trust and relatability must work hand in hand.
A Fresh Color Palette
The palette for the site builds on the light and airy light blue, which brings a brightness and optimism. Deeper navy blue anchors with stability and sophistication, ideal for communicating expertise. Light ivory and a muted beige is a beautiful, calming backdrop for both.
Photos That Bring the Brand to Life
Professional bio portraits allow visitors to see the person behind the business, especially important in a counseling environment. They are warm and approachable, featuring natural light and soft tones. These were paired with bright, colorful photos of healthy foods, vibrant and inviting. Fresh produce, balanced plates, and natural textures remind visitors that healthy eating can be beautiful and enjoyable, not a chore.
