Website Design

All custom web design projects are governed by a signed Client Project Agreement. Once all parties have signed, a completed PDF is provided for your records. No work begins until it has been signed and the initial deposit received.

If you worked with EngageTaste prior to May 2026, your project is governed by the terms previously in effect.

Smaller Engagements & Digital Purchases

The following terms apply to consulting sessions, digital purchases, and standalone creative projects not governed by a signed Client Project Agreement.

• Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking or purchase. Work is scheduled upon receipt of payment.

• Refunds: Services are non-refundable once work has begun or a session has taken place. Digital purchases are non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

• Scope: Each service is delivered as described in the accompanying quote or on its respective page. Requests that fall outside the defined scope may be quoted separately.

• Liability: EngageTaste is not liable for any damages, lost profits, or third-party service failures arising from services rendered or materials purchased. The client assumes full responsibility for how work is implemented and used.
